Ace had his 3 year check up and here are his stats:
38 1/2 lbs (97%)
38 inches (60%)

He’s grown a little bit taller which is great and his weight has gone back up from last year. Dr. B had a little “talk” with him about his attitude with us and gave us several ways to correct it. He was very polite and answered all his questions. He tried to compromise with her on eating his veggies.

She asked him if he ate his vegetables, and meat, and fruit.

“I eat my meat but I don’t like vegetables,” he said. She told him before he could have more meat he had to eat some bites of veggies and he said just one bite…she told him he had to eat at least two and he said one. Needless to say, they arrived at a stalemate. I, however, informed her that we ask that if they want more of something they have to eat everything on their plate. I just thought about the fact that Ace will now eat corn on the cob…I wonder if he knows that’s a vegetable?!
