We traveled way out (about 45 minutes) on Friday for a “field trip” to a Christian camp that has a corn maze set up. We went with two other family friends and their children. It was completely free and way worth it. The corn maze had scripture verses at certain places. We had to complete a puzzle as we went through the maze using the verses to get the message. Now, Mark did it and I was the picture taker/baby holder so I’m not sure what the message was. After the maze we petted and fed a llama, sheep, goats, and a sweet donkey. And we ran from the emus that looked like they wanted to peck our eyes out. Then to have snocones and popcorn and on a hayride to see the nativity, cross, and the replica of the tomb where Jesus’ body was laid briefly.
